My favourite restaurant is Wok Dynasty, as you probably already guessed, they serve all kinds of wok. As I said in a previous post I really love Asian culture and wok and that’s why I love this restaurant so much.
The food is amazing; the portions are perfect, there are a lot of options and you can combine it with a lot of different sauces. It’s also served very beautifully; in a little wok pan or on a beautiful plate and with chopsticks (of course you can eat with cutlery if you’d like. There is also a great offer of drinks: they have a wide range of cocktails (with and without liquer) and ofcourse the usual stuff like different kinds of beer, hot and cold drinks, wine…
Not only the kitchen and bar skills are incredible but the interior is also stunning; it’s completely styled with Asian culture atributes including Buddha’s, red Chinese lantern’s…

Hello Inge,
When you love the Asian culture, visiting your blog is fun and interesting.
The restaurant that you describe is an ideal place to discover the Asian food. I have never visited this restaurant before and after reading your information I think it’s worth to try.
I’m a big Sushi lover as well. I can confirm that Sushi tastes amazing. The one you describe with salmon is also one of my favorites. I definitely have to try to make it myself sometime and I will use your recipe because it looks really simple!
The most impressive part of your blog are the ‘did you knows’. The fried spiders and the octopus are amazing. I can’t believe that people actually eat this horrifying food! But also the rotten eggs, the worm from Mexico and the sperm sacs of fish don’t look appetizing. I’m not prepared to taste any of these!
The only thing I did miss on your blog where pictures of the restaurant you chose. I think you could have been more convincing if your readers could actually see what you describe. I am quite curious how the restaurant looks with those red lanterns and buddha’s. I would suggest adding some pictures of your favourite restaurant. If I may also nitpick, than I would add a different picture to your recipe because it’s not a photo of the sushi with salmon.
To conclude, your blog contains all the necessary requirements. It has a nice header, interesting information about yourself and curious blog posts where readers can leave a comment. I will definitely visit your blog again to get to know more about the Asian food and culture.

I give a comment on the presentation of Inge about Black Day. Inge told us what Black Day is, the food that is being served end the facts. I thought it was a nice presentation.
Inge started her presentation with the first slide and immediately there was a fun, little detail because her title was also written in Korean. That was very smart in my opinion because it’s a holiday that has its origin there and is celebrated in South Korea.
In the introduction we got a description about what Black Day is. I didn’t know there is a day that focuses on singles and people who did not receive any gifts on Valentine’s Day or White Day. That is a cool fact to know! So the origin and what is being celebrated has been described good in my opinion.
In the next part Inge told us what kind of food and drinks are being served that day. The black-colored food doesn’t seem appealing. I have never heard of jajangmyeon noodles and chungjang black sauce before. So I was surprised to see all the ‘black’ food.
On the last slide Inge explained some facts about Black Day. The feast has been commercialized cause shops are doing discounts. There are also activities like speed dating and jajangmyeon-eating contests. It’s a pity that this day also is commercialized like Valentine’s day in Europe.
Inge didn’t only choose an original holiday, also her PowerPoint was original because she made it with a black background that fits well with the subject. The PowerPoint contained only keyword. In my opinion the PowerPoint was a little short. I would personally also like additional photos and prints because then I could have had a better image of that day.
After this comment, I want to compliment Inge on her good pronunciation and a good use of phrases. In the end it was a very pleasant presentation where I learned a lot.
